NuVision Engineering  is a technology services and engineering company specializing in nuclear applications.  We provide engineering expertise and proprietary services to commercial power plants and public utilities. We also design and deploy rad-hardened robotics for use in radioactive environments and advanced process systems to manage radioactive waste.

Our customers include the U.S. and international governments, utility companies, and medical research facilities.

NuVision is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA and has an additional facility in Mooresville, NC to support the design and implementation of large scale demonstration and validation programs.

Leadership Team

Erich Keszler, P.E.
CEO & President

Erich Keszler, President and CEO of NuVision Engineering has over 25 years’ experience in the nuclear field. Erich has been with NuVision for 18 years, holding positions of increasing responsibility including Mechanical Engineering Lead, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Program Management. He has experience in both the commercial nuclear, and government nuclear markets. Prior to joining NuVision Engineering, Erich worked in new product development for the fluid controls market. Erich also served in the U.S. Navy Submarine force as a nuclear operator. Erich is a registered Professional Engineer in several states and is also a registered Project Management Professional. He has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University. NuVision has office locations in Mooresville, NC, and Pittsburgh, PA. Erich resides in North Carolina and maintains an office in both locations.

David Lashley
Vice President of Engineering

David Lashley is highly experienced with over 35 years in multi-disciplinary design, build, testing, and operation of complex, integrated engineered projects. For his entire career he has led the development and application of Power Fluidic mixing, pumping, and sampling systems and has been a key technical expert on all NuVision Engineering contracts since the early 1990s. As Director of Engineering, Dave is responsible for engineering management across two geographical locations, leading teams of engineers in design, analysis, development and testing, and manufacture of nuclear plant and equipment for all projects across the globe.

Dave is also an avid volunteer and mentor with FIRST®, the World’s Leading Youth-Serving Nonprofit Advancing STEM Education, and proud recipient of the Woodie Flowers Finalist Award.

Michael Frankle
Vice President of Business Development

Michael Frankle serves as Vice President of Business Development. Michael is a proven professional with over 30 years of Commercial Nuclear and DOE industry experience in the areas of Business Development (International & Domestic), Team Building, Contract Management, Customer Relations, Engineering Management, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering, Spent Fuel Management, Nuclear Fuel Container Design/Licensing, and Plant License Renewal. Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master’s in System Engineering from UNLV.

DAVID HILLENBRAND
CORPORATE CONTROLLER

David Hillenbrand brings over 15 years of financial leadership and expertise to his role as Controller at NuVision. With a BS in accounting from Saint Francis University, and a track record of success in progressive financial planning and analysis roles, he is dedicated to driving strategic financial management and operational excellence within the organization.

Prior to joining NuVision, David held key leadership positions in the logistics and transportation sectors, where he successfully managed complex financial operations, analyzed revenue and operating expenses, and implemented innovative financial and operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.
